In short
PLANJUS is a static, read-only website: no accounts, no forms, no comments, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. We only collect the technical minimum needed to run and secure the site.

We do not sell or share your data and do not use it for profiling.
Cookies and local storage
PLANJUS sets no cookies. The only item stored in your browser is pj-age-ok (local storage), which records that you confirmed you are 18 or older. It is never sent to the server and cannot be used to track you. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser; you will then be asked to confirm again.
Recipients and processors
Server logs are processed by our host, identified at the top of this page, as a processor. No other company has access to the data. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself: your browser does not contact any third-party service to display them.
Links to third-party services
The site links to a chat service (planjus.hotgaybuddies.com) and possibly other sites. Once you click, you leave PLANJUS: those services apply their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible. Read them before sharing personal information, especially information about your sex life, which is sensitive data.
Free gay classified ads (annonces-gay-gratuites.plan-jus.com)
An ad you publish on this site is visible to any visitor while it is live (30 days), including, unless you uncheck the box provided for this at publication time, in search engine results such as Google’s. Because an ad reveals a sexual orientation, it is “sensitive” data under GDPR (article 9). Uncheck “Make this ad findable on Google and search engines” if you do not want it to appear there: it stays visible on PLANJUS. An expired or deleted ad no longer appears in search results, but its removal from a search engine’s index can take a few days after it disappears from the site.
Transfers outside the European Union
We do not knowingly transfer data outside the European Union. If our host does, it must do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions for its fate after your death. To exercise them, write to the contact address at the top of this page; we will reply within one month. Given the minimal data collected, we may ask you to specify your IP address and the period concerned so we can find your logs.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in France this is the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
Minors
The site is forbidden to minors. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and runs no database or server-side application code, which greatly limits intrusion risks.
Changes
This policy may change, for example if an analytics tool or a new service is added. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
